Hello, I'm trying to figure out some traditional sign-writer fonts such as those contained in these old signs. I'm especially interested in the thinner, secondary fonts. Any ideas?

If you hope to receive some answer, you should use the Edit link to move the thread up to the Type ID Board proper (people tends not to look into "Solved IDs").
