I can't find the thread where this was going on before, so I'm starting up another one.

I got my 'i like type' tshirt in the mail a week or so ago (thanks, guys!). I decided to show it off at a fashionable and topical art opening in New York this weekend:

Inset provided to make up for the blurry photo.

I see they put you up on a pedestal :-)

Well, right out of the gate I was flagging a bit, but it turned out to be a banner day for everyone.

This isn't one of my photos, I just found it whilst lurking about Flickr.

Does anybody recognize that typophile-wearing fellow?

He likes type and circuits! What a geek!

And I mean that in a really nice way...

Looks like Aaron Sittig watching Dennis Pasternik tearing apart his receiver . . .

Sorry, you'll just have to wait a little longer for the drink machine . . .

:D

Hey... I resemble that remark.

That rocks.

I don't know who the geek is, but the photographer is an editor at Engadget.

Though I am possesed by the twin spirits of tech and type, I can't admit to be the type geek in the photo. But I did just get my own 'I like type' shirt in the mail.

That tee is OK.
I have the fancy script lettering one, and whenever I wear it some smartass always says "dude, what's with the pedophile shirt?"

Excellent! That is too cool.
