I'd like to identify this font that is similar to Helvetica Neue Thin but the bowls on the lowercase letters are open.

According to the Occam's razor it could be just that:
"a modified Helvetica Neue Thin with open bowls on the lowercase letters"
(even the kerning looks the same)
