Looks like one of Mark's fonts... maybe Felt Tip Roman or something similar?

Sweet Pea is pretty close... and so is Ruly... and Longhand..

Hopefully these can get someone started on finding the real font, it does look familiar...

I think that Joan Mas' nice Deaf Crab is close in letterforms and style.
