CastCraft Software/OPTIMirc-Bold or Brendel Informatik/PanamaBold or Novel Fonts/Mirth Hard to tell where to find them today.
PanamaBold is an exact match, thank you DPape!
Opti/Castcraft fonts can now be found at http://fontek.fateback.com/opti/index.htm CAVEAT: None of these are in the original OPTI format. At the very least, they have all been converted to .otf , and some may have had 'corrections' made.
