It appears to be Housecut from House Industries, part of the general collection, and probably the work of Jeremy Dean, who went on to become the art director of Urban Outfitters.

Yes. Look at the d's and e's. God knows where you would find it, however. Looks like a free font.

I hunted all over the parts of DaFont that I thought might fit, but didn't see it.
Similar styles are FF Cutout and FF Letterine Esagerate Black.

I think those are also hand-drawn (not fonts), but you can find some similar styles (for free) in the Cartoon category at DaFont.com.
You can also find commercial fonts in Parts 5 & 14 of the Script Font ID Guide.
