there are two fonts.can anyone help me to define it?

"grand" looks like [[http://www.typography.com/fonts/font_overview.php?productLineID=100004|HTF Didot]].
Hard to say for "PRIX", need to dig more. Big height difference between /P and /R middle bars should be the key (no optical correction on /X, freebie?)... Quick answer, same vein: [[http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/marksimonson/proxima-nova/|Proxima Nova]], [[http://www.typography.com/fonts/font_overview.php?productLineID=100008|Gotham Narrow]], [[http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/avenir-next-pro/|Avenir Next]], [[http://www.impallari.com/projects/overview/matt-mcinerneys-raleway-family|Raleway]]

Neutraface 2 comes to mind also, but not exact though …

Neutraface 2 is clearly is good one too. Found these 2, close, with this difference between /P /R middle bar height: [[http://www.fontspace.com/category/quinfo|Quinfo]] (closest I have, "just" need to close /P but hard to believe the designer picked a freebie to compliment such a beautiful (and expensive) Didot) and [[http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/dstype/ezzo/|Ezzo]]

Another possibility: Ealing
