wondering what this font is called?

The first font that came to mind was Windsor, but this has been hand lettered, surely??

EDIT: Of course, had I read your title correctly, I wouldn't be posting this nonsense... DOH !!!

Hardly nonsense, Adrian - as the lettering is clearly hand drawn, given the 1913 date. Nice, though.

I’m going with hand-lettered based on Windsor (from memory).

I wouldn't say it was "based on Windsor". It's rather the other way around. Windsor was based on lettering like this.

Windsor was created in 1905. The date on the poster is 1913.
