Sorry don't know any of these 2 fonts (if they are).
Found one very loosely similar for the script, CAC Champagne.
For "ROSES", part of makes me thinking to Chevalier, I've tried to consider it as "base font with handtooled post-treatment" but wasn't able to find any match. Would really like to know for this one too.

After some more research it seems they were hand drawn by Jessica Hische.
