First time here. Sample attached is no newer than 1970, was used for a record company's music tape products. Sample is all the same font but the first word is very high quality and the second word is a bit rough.
I note some telltale signs, IE, the "O" is somewhat squashed and squared off, and the "S" and "R" are fairly distinctive.

It looks like Eurostile Extended #2 (Bold) by Aldo Novarese (1962)
available from Linotype, Adobe, Berthold, URW
