Hello,
Can anyone help me identify this font? I've done repeated searches online and have come up emptyhanded. I'd be very grateful for any help pointing me in the right direction.

I can't be sure, but this is probably hand-written (not a font) - look at the difference between the 2 |e|s. If possible, you could try to use something similar, like e.g. Segoe Print (Bold) a Microsoft font distributed with MS-Windows
