It has kind of a fantasy Dungeons & Dragons appeal to it, but I'm not sure what it is. Any ideas?

It looks very close to Satans (Minions) free font by Mickey Rossi,
with a modified |A|
Next similar is Moria by Russ Herschler (Free for Personal Use)
and there is also another similar [could be the original one], VTQuadrata by Susan Townsend (Vintage Type, 1996) which is referenced in Luc Devroy's "Hacker fonts" page

I think Satans(Minions) and Moria are rip-offs of a commercial font, so please don't recommend or use them.
