It looks like a common font, but just a little bit more customized.

This /R makes me thinking to Bebas. Starting from this one, it would be easy to reproduce it, "only" needs to recreate this handmade feeling by squooshing some letters (and may be adjusting /M bottom center part).

Looks a lot like League Gothic too.
