Caflisch Script Pro by Robert Slimbach, using alternates for |d| & |G|

Adobe Systems/CaflischScript. Except for the /d.

Yes I though it was Caflisch Script Pro as well but it's the "d" that's catching me out
and if it's not in Caflisch Script Pro and is also the most stand out characters, it suggests it's another font.
Any other thoughts.
