Hi everyone,
I'm new here. Can anyone help me figure out what font is on this image? or suggest a font that is closest? It could have been engraved, I am aware, juts thought I'd ask though. Thanks much for your help.

Hello fvilinakis...I'm not sure what you meant by your comment...I just need to know what typeface that is, if it even is a typeface...I can take a guess but I'd like to have someone else's input as well.

He corrected the skewed angle of your photo to make it easier to identify the font (and it most probably is one). You're welcome. :-)
It looks like some Garalde. Maybe something by Adobe.

It looks very close to an artificially expanded High Tower Text by Nicolas Jenson & Tobias Frere-Jones (Font-Bureau, 1996).
