About the first one:
Your sample is really small and the glyphs are so common to be sure,
but you could try Arimo by Steve Matteson (part of Google Web Fonts).
This font is designed as a metrically compatible substitute of Arial.

"RUN INTO THE DARK..." must be Knockout #50 Welterweight by Hoefler & Frere Jones (+ an artificial slant)
