Reminds me of this previous discussion about a Max Bill clock typeface. Could also be a specific typeface never digitized. Anyway, some suggestions for similars or base fonts to customize (hardest work would be on /4) here.
@sans sleep: The big difference is that Eurostile (and Microgramma) use complex curves, while those in the examples are just rectangles with rounded angles.

Number four is very peculiar, but the rest of the numbers reminded me of Eurostile
