Does anybody know what font was used for this logo (just the Mère Catherine part).
Or is it hand-drawn?

Hand-lettered it looks like, given the lack of uniformity across the lowercase letters.

Hand-lettered, but letters are repeated, so it may be a custom-made amateur typeface.
