Does anyone recognize this font and any chance you know where I can get it for free or inexpensively?

If it's a commercial font please do not ask for -or link to- a pirated copy.
Trip, Typophile is a place frequented by type designers, most of whom do it at least partly for financial gain, so it's very poor form to ask for such help...

BTW if you do re-use this font you might want to fix things - like the "K", where the junction is unmodulated hence too dark.
