Font(s) used in Taschen 36 Hours map illustrations?

I don't have any higher resolution images than this – hope someone can help me sort this out anyway.

Serif healine is ITC Cheltenham. Hard to say for the 2 other ones. Could even have been handwritten. Some duplicate letters look slightly different but could be due to the sample size.

Hello

The city names were handwritten by the illustrator Olimpia Zagnoli so not a standard font.
