I need to recreate this logo. Having trouble finding this font. Similar to Eras, but not it. Haven't found this E. Can anyone help?

Looks like Handel (aka Handel Gothic) from Bitstream, URW, Elsner & Flake, and others. I'm with the others - that's one ugly piece of non-artwork. But a job's a job, I guess. Maybe our criticism is because you posted this in the CRITIQUE group rather than the Type ID forum.
