Does anybody know where I can find these kind of fonts like used in the letters of the image I am attaching below?

They are mostly used in old circus brochures, theater, books & tales... If you know what I am talking about. Have a look :)

I'm new here so I thought I'd go all in and post a logo for critique.

Here's something I did for the agency I work for.

It's an alternate from our corporate identity for use on shirts, hat and other merchandise.

The leaf is a part of the primary system.
