ultra

Hi,

I'm looking for a font that is near identical to Gotham Condensed Ultra. I would purchase this font from Hoefler but do not sell this font on it's own but combine it with the set for £500! Anyway, I would love to hear from someone who could suggest a couple of alternatives.

Many thanks,

Colin

Greetings,
I've been developing this typeface for the past month, and I've got to a point where I'm feeling kind of blocked, so I thought it would be a good idea to come here for some help. I'm happy with the lowercase, although I'm sure you'll find lots of problems with it (problems which I'd be more than happy correcting, by the way), the main issue I'm having is with the uppercase; due to its geometric construction some letters (E,F,I,T,L,H mainly) aren't quite fitting with the curviness of the other ones.
I've made a really quick pdf with the first sentences that came to mind (feel free to ask for more material if you need it for a better judgement!), and I'd be really glad to hear the criticism of better trained eyes (and hands).

Looking to ID the "Piedmont" typeface here. It's somewhat geometric (similar to Futura or Gotham) but the "M" has the sloped sides. Bureau Eagle is similar but has the pointed vertices for the "M" and "N."

As a bonus, also would like to know what "Garage Doors" is set in as well.

I think we all know the other typeface here. And the likely story behind it ("Can you open this in Word and just add "A Brenner Family..." along the bottom? Yes! Perfect!")

Any ideas?

Ultra Bold Sans

Hi can anyone help identify this font please?

Thanks

I've even used this typeface before but I can't find it in my big ole type library. Any ideas what this is? I really like the R and K :)

Hi there, anybody recognise this font? Thanks for your help

N

Ultra bold condensed serif,
pretty non-descript...
except for the amputated
looking y descender
that has to be a clue.

Ultra Gothic

I'm working on a gothic typeface. At the moment I just intend on designing an ultra weight. Attached are the characters designed thus far. Looking for some critique and advice on how get the letterforms to fit with each other a bit better.
