Is there anything similar to Avant Garde for web, perhaps google fonts, font squirrel etc. I also have a typekit account.
How does the contract work when submitting your fonts? What rights do they have? Such as, can they manually hint them or does it depend on the foundry/type designer?

I’m sure we all agree that web font embedding is awesome and long-welcomed.
But since House Industries and HF&J are not yet on board, I’m looking for similar alternative. Oh hivemind, can you suggest some alternatives to Neutraface or Verlag?
I'm having some trouble identifying the typeface used in the typekit logo. If anyone that could help me out, it'd be much appreciated.
