soft

I'm developing some custom type to be used on a sign adorning the boat barn my father is building. A stencil serif was requested and this is what I've come up with. It needs some cleaning up, as I drew it with the AI Blob Brush tool, but I'd be curious what others see regarding proportions and overall aesthetics. Once I'm happy with the type I'll manipulate it into a cohesive design around a half-hull model of the boat being built, which will live in the barn during the off-season.

Hi there,
I'm working on a logo and need some help identifying the right font to use.
I'm looking for a sans-serif font with soft rounded edges, preferablly something with a single-stack lowercase "a". I like the humanistic qualities of Avenir but obviously this font isn't rounded.

I also like the style of the font in the new esurance logo, which I have attached below.

Fonts that I've considered so far include:
1. Comforta (although I feel like it's almost too rounded).
2. Museo (getting closer but some of the elements remind me of an old typewriter font).

Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks so much!
Adon

Hello Typophiles,
Hope you've all been good.

I'm giving final touches to a new Latin typeface which has also a soft/rounded version. I was slightly confused whether I should call it Rounded or Soft? Any suggestions?

Here is how it looks:

Thanks,
Satya

Logo type

Hi!

I need help on figuring out what the typeface is in this logotype, or at least a typeface that's really close :).

I redesigned this client's website and only got a small jpg of their logo. It's come to the time where we need a bigger version, and I think re-creating it is the best option.

Thanks supersleuths!

Greater Albion Typefounders have just released two new typefaces on Myfonts.

Eccles is another of our 'Early Victorian' typefaces, a series we started with the Wolverhampton family a little while ago. It might be described as 'extreme-Tuscan' in style but has a delicacy that many other Tuscan faces seem to lack. It's ideal for giving design projects a clear period feel, particularly in design and advertising work. We also see it haveing considerable application in preparing invitations to a certain type of happy event. At the other extreme, some of our younger associates have described it as 'your latest Steampunk font'. So perhaps we'll just have to settle on it having a split personality...

Not sure what this could be. Could be a modified Pump - Medium http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/pump-lt/medium/

or maybe something else I'm not sure of...

Any help is appreciated!

Caridade is a bold and powerful script face. It draws some inspiration from heavy brush drawn vintage hand lettering but its heavy weight is much thicker with plenty of impact and more contemporary letterforms. The face offers a wide array of weights, from the powerful Heavy weight to the graceful Thin.

Caridade can get the job done for many unique design tasks.
