(New Release) Concord - A Fresh New Geometric Sans Serif Typeface from SoneriType

Forums:

About Concord
Yet another typeface with simplicity as it's core element. Concord is derived from a successful type family 'Accord Alternate' by giving geometric touch to it. Hence Concord is a geometric sans serif. It has large counters which enhance readability. It is available in seven different weights for emphasis.

Greetings,
I've been developing this typeface for the past month, and I've got to a point where I'm feeling kind of blocked, so I thought it would be a good idea to come here for some help. I'm happy with the lowercase, although I'm sure you'll find lots of problems with it (problems which I'd be more than happy correcting, by the way), the main issue I'm having is with the uppercase; due to its geometric construction some letters (E,F,I,T,L,H mainly) aren't quite fitting with the curviness of the other ones.
I've made a really quick pdf with the first sentences that came to mind (feel free to ask for more material if you need it for a better judgement!), and I'd be really glad to hear the criticism of better trained eyes (and hands).

Maestrale

Forums:

Here's the other thing I've been working on recently. It's a decorative humanist display font based on a small x-height, a cap height equal to the x-height, and extravagant ascenders/descenders that reach beyond that core space by 2 x-heights on either side.

I intend to add a number of swash alternates for both upper- and lowercase, easily accessible by way of "ligatures" with the rarely-used, yet easily-typed "grave" and "asciitilde" characters.

I'll be calling the font "Maestrale", which is an Italian name for one of the eight cardinal winds, and happens to mean "masterly" as well.

Here's a little preview:

Advice for designing bolder weights?

Forums:

Hello all!

I'm a graphic designer, and have decided after reading so much on the subject to finally roll up my sleeves and start dabbling with type design myself. I've chosen a simple, upper-case, sans serif display face meant for poster work to start with in order to get myself acclimatized with the process. The results so far have been plenty satisfactory, and I've had a blast fleshing out my type with punctuation, numerals, and accents.

Größe Font (the extra squared geometric font)

Forums:

Hi guys,

This is my first post, I'm a designer and for several years I am interested in typedesign, I'm not a typedesigner but I try.

Größe is my first real project, and is a project that I'm working on for some years.
Größe (Grosse) in german means "big-large". The design of the font is inspired by the northern european architecture, with its clean lines, modula, simple and squared.

Limonada - by PeGGO Fonts

Hi typophile mates!

I'm trying to improve this first version of this typeface, called "Limonada" its meaning is litteraly "Lemonade" and was sinesthetically referred as a formal abstraction to lemon shapes (i.e. lemon seed, lemon leaves, and lemon juice drop, etc.)
This weekend I'm very interested in make some correction on this one, so hope somebody can see it with another eye further than just mine ones and give me an opinion.

I'll very thankful in advance.

Kind regards
Pedro

P.S.: PDF Attached to check it out in a better way.

Hey guys! Just thought I'd share a font I designed after I finally got it up on MyFonts. I think I posted it on here a while ago when I was still working on it, but I've since redesigned it completely and added a lot more glyphs.
