Not the best image to show my own version of this weird but beautiful script style, inspired on 1883 James West "Hoyt Script", here I just try to do a very wide range of alternate gliph designs, and hope to have some digital examples to show all of you here or anywhere.

Any kind of criticism are very well welcomed.

Bucket Font ID

I'm looking for this type or something like it. Strong, bold, has some character and age to it.
Any ideas?

I don't know if it's just me and I've never heard of this optical illusion but do the arms of this E appear to flare into the stem?
I like my corrected version better but I want to get some other thoughts on it. Thanks.

How's the letter spacing on this E? (I'm a newbie.)
Thanks.

I know that this wordmark isn't actual type and was likely hand done a long time ago but I am looking for the closest possible typefaces.

Hello, I found this vintage poster online, and I really like the font at the bottom of the poster. I tried a couple different methods to try and see if there was a font for it, but didn't find anything. I figured maybe someone has seen the font before or maybe something similar?

The link to the actual poster is below. I am also attaching a rough tracing of the font as a jpeg in case that helps.

Thanks in advance!

Can anyone please help me with finding a similar font to the one on these pharmacy bottles. I like that it has the art nouveau features, but is still somehow contemporary and simple.
Thanks a lot!

Release: Alianza

Alianza is a complex typographic system wich includes three different but complementary styles so far: Slab, italic and script, with nine weights each one; plus three sets of ornamental fonts: labels, negative labels and ornaments.

The soul of the family is a slab feeling applied judiciously to the italic and script styles to make it coherent with the whole system.

Each style has three sets of figures: Proportional lining, tabular lining and old style.

You can mix the three styles in a single piece to obtain more expressive results without worring about the uniformity and complementing the design by using the ornamental sets.

I'm working on my personal branding and would like some input on the logo that I've been developing. I've gone through about 50 variations of this, but am attaching the top 5 designs that were narrowed down based on a first round of critique from a colleague. The concept is based on a strong personal affinity for modern vintage design through the vintage seal/stamp shape and original craftsmanship. This is just the basic flat logo that I'll eventually add some slight additional styling and perhaps get turned into a physical rubber stamp for promotional print items.

I am seeking preferences for integrating the script typeface monogram which gives it the more modern edge versus the more slab typeface.

Thank you!

Alphabet Soup Type Founders and Michael Doret are proud to announce the Release of Dark Angel, a “blackletter/hybrid” font. This font had its genesis in a logo sketch for the Anaheim Angels baseball team—thus its name.
Type purists may be appalled by the lack of adherence to traditional forms, but the font should be seen as only “in the spirit of” blackletter, and attempting something that hasn’t been seen or done before—something that feels traditional, yet at the same time fresh and perhaps unexpected.

Anyone know this one? It's so close to Salamander it's not funny but it's not exactly it.

Hi I am needing help identifying these fonts. Most importantly the top 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and the Script font is AWESOME!

I would like to know what specific typefaces were used on cigarette advertising posters back in the 1950's and 1960's.
I'm aware of particular styles from those decades but cannot pinpoint too many exact typefaces used.

Looking for this ID or something similar. Thanks.

Does anyone know which font this is? I've seen it many times before. The image is from the mid 70s.

Does a digital version exist? and does anyone have the original sheet?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Hello everyone. First time posting on this forum and was wondering if i could get some help. I tried doing a search but have had no luck in finding these fonts.

I was wondering if anyone knows of what both of these fonts are? Both the cursive and typeface. Or anything similar.

Sorry for the terrible pictures. It looks better zoomed out lol.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks :)
