It just feels like a logical solution for this monogram.

Your angles on the K seem a bit off. (Talking about the right upper stroke)

Like the concept of the mark.

The helvetica word mark is boring.

Don't like the last version at all. It's out of style and I also think you should keep things simple.

What's the name? it semiotics, itsemiotics, or semiotics? If you have the choice choose the latter, it's complex enough. Or maybe go for...

If the name is one word you should stick to on font weight imho.

I would probably refine your original concept.

I would probably go for the more century like serif in your initial sketch instead of the bodoni style serif in your digital draft.

As said before the curves need some work.

Wow I like it. I'm not a type pro but I think if you make the 'm', 'b' and 'i' a bit more italic the logotype reads easier and therefore would look better.

Also would tinker on how the letters are connected especially the a - i at the end looks...

Feedback on your concept.

Clipart overkill! Suggestion: you could make it a lot simpler by sticking to the rising star concept.

Do people often refer to the summit as WAS? Or do you want them to? Because if not, why not just stick with...

The lower right version makes sense to me, although it does feel a bit out of balance.

I agree with luma the letters should blend a bit more natural with each other. As pointed out by hrant I do not yet like BA ST.

The cane has nothing to do with burgers obviously. Is there some history behind the name?

Without the cane your logotype suits well I think. It does look a bit like a big fat juicy burger, in a good way :)

Maybe the spacing just a little bit tighter?

Although I like the look, an all caps gothamisch font does look a bit generic.

Very true Luma Vine

And I think your approach is about as good as it's gonna get.

I think it's not. And I like this design way better.

Can't wait for the whole thing.

You still need to fix the thickness of the serifs imho.

Not a fan of the company name logotype. It's not unique at all.

Still very much like the concept of your mark :)

First small idea.

I guess the type 'grand avenue festival' could be an avenue by itself. No need for a fancy clipart skyline in the back.

First design a good logo composition in b and w. No need for strokes and colors yet.

I would probably use Blender and redraw both the type and icon so they have more or less the same angles.

It could be good enough I guess. But I think you should aim for the stars.

It's not that difficult really, you can use the original typeface for reference.

And it's way more satisfying. :)

You do have to be a bit comfortable...

You have a pencil and some paper. You have a computer. Make it yourself!
