Agreed.

What is your impression of this shape for a logo?

To be honest it looks like a thousand other things. It's generic.

I'am getting tired of the reversed a e. Why? It's awkward.

For starters.

I think your design is missing consistency resulting in in some characters being to heavy and some to light.

Hi Jeroen,

Maybe this works? The concept is to balance left and right.

Hoi Jeroen,

Ik denk dat ik je horizontale spatiëring wat krap vind. Zeker ten opzichte van de lijnhoogte.

De letter compositie vind ik wel mooi alhoewel het misschien wat minder jazzy word door de 'sterke eenheid'.

Misschien werkt...

Yeah tracking.

I know :-) Does the client or you insist on a circle? The above solutions is just so obvious and memorable. And i bet it would look great on a album cover too!

Your logo is round. Therefore I see great logo applications.

For instance:

When you buy new strings, they often package them in a smal paper bag. I can just see your round logo in a round sticker sealing the bag. It will be very elegant...

Go with your original!

The S shape associated with some string instruments is stil far away from strings.
